This position is for a relocation to Bermuda (low taxes and relocation costs covered)
Experienced 3rd Line Network Support Engineer Required
Required to work as part of our technical team with strong networking skills (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewalls, connectivity such as DIA, site to site VPN’s, working with Telco providers, etc.) as well as experience supporting some of the core technical vendors such as Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, etc. This position will be supporting a wide range of customers and any previous experience working within a regulated financial/legal environment is beneficial. Candidates must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as being calm and focused within a pressured environment.

Core Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years in 3rd line support role or similar
- Valid / In-date Cisco (and/or other network technologies) networking support and troubleshooting is essential.
- Knowledge of server and end user technologies such as Windows, SQL, Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, Intune, Remote Desktop Services, Citrix
- VMware ESX setup, administration and troubleshooting
- Public Cloud technology skills such as Azure/AWS/O365 is desirable.
- Provide support, advice and guidance to our customers on a wide range of technical solutions.
- Experience of working with secure and critical infrastructures
- Experience of working under change control
- Proven ability to document processes, procedures and solutions and create technical designs.
- Skills around scripting and automation beneficial

Qualifications
- A recognized certification in networking such as Cisco CCNA or equivalent
- Any of Azure/Microsoft 365/AWS/VMware/Cyber Security beneficial
- Degree educated is preferred.
Additional Skills and Experience Preferred
- Self-motivated with a proven track record in Network and Cloud technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Candidate should be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to work within a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities.
