Location: HS2 - BBV Section Water Orton
Position: 3x Shuttering Carpenter
Job Type: Full-time, Ongoing Contract
Start Date: Monday 6/7/26
We are currently recruiting experienced Shuttering Carpenters to join our team working on the prestigious HS2 BBV project. Singles or gangs all welcome to apply.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a shuttering carpenter on major civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Valid CSCS Blue or Gold Card (essential).
- Previous experience with formwork systems, including Doka, Peri, or similar.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Strong commitment to health and safety.
- HS2 induction, Safety Critical Medical and relevant project certifications are advantageous but not essential.

Duties
- Constructing and installing formwork for reinforced concrete structures.
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling shuttering to specification.
- Working closely with steel fixers, concrete gangs, and site management.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site safety.
