Your Role
As a Spa Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee and deliver five-star cleaning standards across all spa and wellness facilities. Your key responsibilities include:
- ✨ Supervising teams to ensure exceptionally high cleaning standards.
- 🧼 Maintaining pristine conditions across:
- Treatment rooms
- Relaxation areas
- Changing facilities
- Poolsides
- Thermal suites
- Gyms
- Public areas
- 📋 Conducting regular quality inspections and maintaining cleaning schedules and records.
- 👥 Encouraging, training, and motivating team members while upholding productivity and attention to detail.
- 🧴 Managing supply levels of cleaning chemicals, consumables, linen, and guest amenities.
- ⚠️ Ensuring full compliance with:
- Health & safety mechanisms
- COSHH regulations
- Luxury brand standards
- 🤝 Collaborating with Spa Management and Housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
- 😊 Responding to guest requests and quickly resolving issues to maintain unmatched guest satisfaction.

Requirements
We’re seeking candidates with:
✔ Previous supervisory experience within a luxury hotel, spa, leisure, or hospitality environment. ✔ Strong leadership skills to guide and support a cleaning team. ✔ Attention to detail with pride in upholding luxury standards. ✔ Knowledge of COSHH, health & safety, and cleaning best practices. ✔ Excellent organisational and communication skills. ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury setting with professionalism and reliability. ✔ Flexibility to adhere to a 5-days-a-week rota, including weekends and bank holidays, as required by the luxury setting.
