On the 1 August 2026, the University of Greenwich and the University of Kent will form a pioneering new multi-university group called London and South- East (LASE) University Group. Should you join us, you will be employed by LASE but will work as part of the University of Greenwich academic division, contributing to its distinct strengths, community and identity while also being part of a wider group that brings together the scale, resilience and shared ambition of both universities. Through LASE we aim to deliver outstanding education, impactful research, and meaningful regional and global impact.

Our Biomed Online learning provision is a collaboration with NHS trusts/hospitals and UKHSA which has successfully supported the needs of our local, regional, national, and global healthcare communities for over 20 years through delivery of online CPD courses and postgraduate programmes - from PGCert to MSc.

To maintain this impetus for growth and success, BioMed Online is seeking to appoint an administrator to support the delivery of BioMed Online. The successful candidate will work with the BioMed Online team alongside university services to deliver high-quality administrative support to our student and stakeholders.

We are looking for an individual who has previously worked within an administrative role and is able to demonstrate exceptional communications skills, attention to detail and have a proactive and flexible approach. The role is varied, as you will be the first line of contact for enquiries so having the ability to work with changing priorities and workloads is essential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
