6-10+PQE Commercial Lawyer - Leading Global Brand

My client a leading Global Brand is now looking to hire a 6-10+ PQE Commercial Lawyer to join their legal team in Central London.

Reporting into the General Counsel and working closely with fellow lawyers and senior stakeholders in the the wider business your responsibilities will include:

Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts including distribution agreements, supply agreements and sales agreements Advising on marketing and IP related matters Supporting the business on wider legal issues on an ad hoc basis
