You’ll collaborate across all of our media brands, with a particular focus on an upcoming conference.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
You will assist in:
- Email marketing campaign planning, aligning with the broader marketing strategy
- Sending and replying to emails to high-level executives, politicians, and celebrities—plus many others
- Coordinating the entire email workflow:
- Briefing copy and creative teams for content and design
- Executing the campaign in our email platform
- Driving creativity and research—brainstorming fresh theme ideas each month
- Collaborating across teams (marketing, operations, partnerships) to ensure campaigns are relevant and engaging
- Data analysis: Extracting, cleaning, interpreting data, and communicating key insights

About the Internship
⏰ Start date: January 📍 Location: Office-based (next to Victoria Station, London)—no remote work is available. 📅 Hours: Monday to Friday during office operating hours.
