Ready to join DPD, the company that aims to be the UK’s most sustainable delivery team? At DPD, we’re not just moving parcels—we’re leading the charge in green logistics and tech-driven delivery.

As a member of Geopost, a market leader in parcel delivery and e-commerce solutions, we provide innovative services for customers worldwide.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of a designated local route, ensuring every parcel reaches its destination flawlessly.

  • Drive the Vibe: Be engaged behind the wheel of a 7.5-tonne vehicle on local routes, prioritising safety, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Master the Tech: Use Saturn handheld devices for tracking progress, managing deliveries, and streamlining operations (no paper maps here!).
  • The Main Character Energy: Be the friendly face of DPD, delivering A+ customer service with warmth and professionalism.
  • The Hustle: Load/unload parcels, using high-end kit like sack barrows and hand trucks—think of it as a paid active role on the move.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
