Location: Thetford, Thetford Customer Service Centre Type: Permanent, Full Time Salary: £33,415.20 per annum Shift Pattern: Shifts over 7 days

🔧 What You’ll Do
- Deliver products on time, ensuring the right ones reach the right customers
- Professionally and safely install a range of household appliances and tech
- Handle heavy lifting and multi-drop deliveries
- Go beyond drop-offs to create lasting customer impressions
Our training covers everything—modern technology, customer skills, and how to leave people smiling.
🚗 Requirements
- Full Class C1 UK/EA driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Valid CPC card (preferably with a tachograph card)
- A passion for great customer service
- Physical ability to handle heavy stock
