Provine Welfare Services – 7.5rd Tonne Service Driver
About the Role
Our Welfare Services division hires a range of portable chemical toilets, ADA-approved wheelchair access units, and mobile eco welfare units.
The duties of the 7.5-tonne Service Driver include:
- Loading, delivery, and collection of hire equipment to and from customer sites in a timely and professional manner.
- Conducting hire equipment demonstrations when on customer sites, ensuring all relevant checks and administration are completed accurately.
- Responsibility for the service, cleaning, and maintenance of portable toilets and welfare units.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of driving experience in a similar environment.
- An ability to drive responsibly and safely in compliance with all legal requirements.

Responsibilities
- Transporting welfare and portable sanitation units safely and efficiently.
- Performing pre-delivery and post-delivery inspections of units.
- Assisting with equipment set-up and removal on customer sites.
- Ensuring full compliance with health and safety protocols at all times.
- Fulfilling all administrative and booking paperwork accurately.

Requirements
Essential:
- Significant experience driving in a deliverance-based role (collecting/delivering equipment).
- Hold a valid UK Category C1+E driving licence with Driver CPC (minimum 35 hours completed).
- Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.
- Understanding of Health & Safety protocols and commitment to following them.
Desirable:
- Experience in towing light trailers (not essential but considered an advantage).
