Join Cotteswold Dairy’s Shropshire Depot
Are you a dependable, enthusiastic driver with a passion for exploring diverse routes? Cotteswold Dairy - a family-owned business with production based in Tewkesbury since 1938 - are looking for a 7.5T Driver to join our Haulage team at our Shropshire Depot. With a clean C1 licence and flexibility for night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays, you’ll have the unique opportunity to deliver quality dairy products across the picturesque Mid Wales landscapes and into the industrial heart of vibrant English cities.
Summary
- Working Shifts: Sunday PM - Saturday AM on Night Shifts
- Hours: 48 hours, five shifts per week
As a professional Driver, you’ll represent Cotteswold Dairy by bringing our products to life for customers in both rural and urban settings. From the stunning Mid Wales hills to the bustling industrial areas of the Black Country, every route will bring a fresh perspective. This role involves intensive multi-drop rounds where you’ll handle stock rotation, product unloading, and ensure each delivery meets our high standards. You’ll work independently on the road, taking pride in your deliveries and the relationships you build with customers.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive safely and courteously, delivering high-quality dairy products to semi-retail customers across both scenic countryside and urban routes.
- Maintain Cotteswold Dairy’s reputation for excellent service, handling each delivery with care and precision.
- Uphold stock rotation and quality standards, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
- Flexibly navigate varied routes and landscapes, adapting to challenges as they arise.
Working Hours
- Full-time: 48 hours per week (rostered average) with a rotating schedule across seven days, including night shifts.

What We're Looking For
- A clean UK driving licence with Cat C1 and a driver CPC card.
- Physical fitness for an active role involving manual handling.
- A positive, reliable attitude with excellent attention to detail.
