About the Role
We’re searching for Retail Associates—whether you’re starting your career or looking to build on existing experience—to join our welcoming team in Bournemouth, EUR TK Maxx UK Store 111.

What You’ll Do
- Create a positive customer experience by greeting shoppers warmly and assisting with their needs.
- Perform varied duties, including:
- Operating the cash register and providing checkout support.
- Helping in fitting rooms and backroom stocking.
- Maintaining cleanliness and store presentation.
- Participate in learning and development programs to build your skills.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, working together to meet store goals.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a friendly, warm personality that makes customers and colleagues feel valued.
- Thrives as a committed teammate, offering support to their team and communicating openly.
- Is an excellent communicator, both listening actively and addressing concerns with empathy.
- Remains flexible and adaptable, handling fast-paced environments with ease.
