Your Role At Kurt Geiger

What You'll Do

  • Consistently deliver exceptional service
  • Welcome clients warmly, guide them to products, and understand their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Efficiently manage stock by pair-checking, organising the stockroom, and maintaining consistent standards
  • Ensure the shop floor is tidied, replenished, and that store standards are maintained
  • Support your management team by targeting individual and team sales goals
  • Educate clients about Kurt Geiger loyalty programs and their benefits, encouraging participation
  • Assist in preparing and planning promotional activities
  • Act as a role model for our brand, adhering to uniform standards (all black, unbranded, reflective of the brand)
  • Regularly participate in training to become a confident brand ambassador
