Your Role At Kurt Geiger
What You'll Do
- Consistently deliver exceptional service
- Welcome clients warmly, guide them to products, and understand their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Efficiently manage stock by pair-checking, organising the stockroom, and maintaining consistent standards
- Ensure the shop floor is tidied, replenished, and that store standards are maintained
- Support your management team by targeting individual and team sales goals
- Educate clients about Kurt Geiger loyalty programs and their benefits, encouraging participation
- Assist in preparing and planning promotional activities
- Act as a role model for our brand, adhering to uniform standards (all black, unbranded, reflective of the brand)
- Regularly participate in training to become a confident brand ambassador
