Help Build Europe's Hypersonic Capability

At Hypersonica, we’re redefining what’s possible in European defence technology. We exist to deliver speed, resilience, and technological independence at a pace that sets a new standard. We are a small, elite team working on problems that matter, and solving them fast.

By joining Hypersonica, you’re not stepping into a predefined role. You’re joining a talent dense environment where every individual shapes the direction of the company. Our philosophy is to hire a small number of exceptional people with broad, deep technical capability, strong judgement, and the ability to operate autonomously.

We hire for talent, not rigid boxes. This role represents a business need, but the way it evolves will be shaped by the individual. If you’ve achieved what others said was impossible, or you bring a unique combination of skills that doesn’t fit a traditional mould, we want to hear from you. The work you do here directly contributes to Europe’s technological independence.

What you'll do

  • Own the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and compliance of our London site the single point of accountability for everything the building needs to function.
  • Establish and manage our health and safety framework from first principles, including COSHH compliance, risk assessments, incident reporting, and safe systems of work.
  • Manage all contractors on-site onboarding, permits to work, supervision, and sign-off ensuring work is delivered safely and to standard.
  • Liaise with and support our on-site security teams, coordinating access control, visitor management, and site security procedures.
  • Own reactive and planned maintenance across the building, rolling your sleeves up for hands-on tasks and escalating specialist work where needed.
  • Provide logistical support across the business deliveries, internal moves, equipment set-up, and space management as we scale.
  • Manage COSHH substances, hazardous materials storage, and associated documentation with precision and accountability.
  • Keep facilities documentation, compliance records, and contractor registers accurate and audit-ready at all times.
  • Identify and flag risks early to people, operations, or the site and take initiative to resolve them without being asked.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
