A-level Economics Teacher
Senior Autumn Collection Graphic Designer (Morley College, London)
About the Role
Morley College, a 500-year-old further education college in Soho, specialises in adult education and lifelong learning in the arts, culture, business, health, technology and social sciences. They deliver creative arts programmes online, at their centres in London, and throughout the South East.
Morley is undergoing exciting facility developments, including a substantial upgrade to their showroom, transitioning it into a striking gallery space for their visual arts programmes. Working with a leading international interior design firm, Morley is now seeking a Graphic Designer to support their team through this process.
This role is designed to support the project team as a freelance supply teacher, specialising in visual communication, branding, and editorial design—capturing the essence of Morley’s modern educational ethos while creating space-themed designs that resonate with both traditional artistry and contemporary craft.
Though project-based mobilisation in London will be required to deliver functional designs, scope for creative expansions may arise. All successful applicants will receive a fixed-rate contract, with an additional commission fee for premium brand extensions related to the project’s higher-education initiatives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
