A Level Fine Art Lecturer – Permanent (Part Time)

About the Role: Fine Art Lecturer (A Level)

This is a part-time (0.4 FTE), permanent position aimed at enthusiastic, skilled individuals with a passion for teaching A-Level Fine Art.

Find ways to inspire and support students, enabling them to achieve their goals, progress their careers, and excel within their chosen field.

The role requires:

  • Delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment following Edexcel A-Level Fine Art syllabus.
  • Supporting curriculum development in alignment with modern educational standards.
  • Delivering academic and pastoral guidance to help learners succeed.

About You

You will be an ideal fit if you possess all of the following:

  • Proven experience in teaching A-Level Fine Art (or in similar creative subjects).
  • Deep knowledge of the A-Level Fine Art curriculum.
  • Excellent Studentship and classroom management skills.
  • A commitment to inclusive, engaging education.
  • Credible teaching credentials — either existing or a willingness to obtain them (e.g., Professional Qualifications in Education, DfE recognition).
  • Experience catering to diverse learners with varying needs.
  • A can-do attitude, dedicated to fostering students’ full potential.
