A level Physics Lecturer

A Level Physics Lecturer – Part-Time (0.2 FTE), Permanent

Capital City College is seeking passionate and skilled lecturers to teach A Level Physics across its vibrant London campuses.


About the Role: Lecturer in A Level Physics

As a Lecturer in A Level Physics, you’ll:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in line with the AQA Framework
  • Support students’ academic progress while offering pastoral guidance
  • Contribute to curriculum development and enhance teaching practice
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of 7 lecturers in a culture of shared best practice
  • Inspire learners to achieve their full potential and progress confidently

This role operates on a part-time (0.2 FTE) permanent basis at Angel, London.


Ideal Candidates

We’re looking for:

  • Qualified or aspiring teachers with a passion for A Level Physics Education
  • Strong knowledge of the AQA A Level Physics syllabus
  • Excellent communication, classroom management and organisational skills
  • Commitment to inclusive, student-focused teaching strategies
  • ability to deliver engaging lessons to diverse cohorts
  • Ability to propel students toward high-quality qualifications.
