Role Details
The AAT Trainee position is primarily based in Colchester, with hybrid working options supported through our flexible policy. You can work from home or other offices, including Norwich and Ipswich, to suit your needs.

Qualifications & Opportunities
You will be enrolled on an Apprenticeship, offering development in business and personal skills, practical learning, and professional qualifications. Our options include:
- Level 3 AAT Apprenticeship
- Level 4 AAT Apprenticeship (Association of Accounting Technicians)
During your initial study and work periods, you will gain practical knowledge in:
- Auditing
- Accounts preparation
- Bookkeeping
- Personal and corporate tax
- Business development
