Working at QVC Group

Working at QVC Group means joining a live social shopping company with incredible teams, ambitious projects and amazing careers. QVC Group, Inc. is a Fortune 500 company with six leading retail brands - QVC®, HSN®, Ballard Designs®, Frontgate®, Garnet Hill® and Grandin Road.

Your Opportunity, Your Team

As a graduate at QVC, you'll be at the heart of a very different approach to retail. We sell on TV and across digital, not in store, and that makes life so much more dynamic. If you're used to planning how much you'll sell in a week, with us you'll plan for the next ten minutes.

You will report into the A/B Testing Specialist, and you will be supporting the onsite optimisation team across several markets.

Where You'll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our head office in Chiswick Park, West London, 2 days a week (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).

What You'll Do

Over the 12-month Graduate Scheme you will be integrated into our Digital Store environment and you will be supporting all A/B Testing Operations. You'll be given full exposure to our business, starting with a panoramic view of the business. You will learn about how and what it takes to be an A/B Testing Specialist at QVC with global business exposure.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
