EdEx are working with an independent SEN Nursery & School in Hammersmith & Fulham to find a ABA / CABAS Teacher for a permanent contract position starting in September 2026. This school specialises in evidence-based early intervention and education for children with autism aged 2-9, and is one of the most innovative settings in the UK for ASD provision. ABA experience is highly desirable but not essential if you are committed to evidence-based practice and willing to undertake training.
This is a permanent contract directly employed by the school (no supply or short-term), starting in September 2026.

PERSON DETAILS - ABA / CABAS Teacher:
- Passionate about individualised, evidence-based education for children with autism
- ABA experience highly desirable (but not essential if willing to train and commit to evidence-based practice)
- Strong SEND practitioner with a proven track record of supporting pupils with complex needs
- Open-minded, reflective, and committed to continuous professional development
- Values collaboration with clinical teams, families, and colleagues
- Keen to work in a setting where therapy and education are genuinely integrated
- Able to design and deliver bespoke learning pathways tailored to individual pupils
