JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under broad direction, supervises a repair and maintenance facility by organizing and coordinating activities involved in maintaining and repairing down-hole, electronic, and surface equipment for one or more product lines.
- Ensures equipment is maintained according to global maintenance standards.
- Mentors employees on proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Oversees training and development of technicians.
- Ensures compliance with HSE regulations and guidelines and that safety procedures are followed during the repair process.
- Orders and efficiently maintains an adequate inventory of parts and supplies to ensure timely maintenance.
- Promotes continuous improvement of shop processes.
- Areas of specialization may include mechanical or electrical aptitude and performing major repairs & maintenance.
- Assists in making evaluations and recommendations for improvements on equipment based on maintenance history.

Qualifications
- Requires an Associate's Degree, or equivalent, and a minimum of five years of experience, including as an equipment repair and maintenance technician.
- Management experience is preferred.
