We require a highly organized and strategic Academic Coordinator to oversee curriculum planning, teacher performance, and academic standards. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of the educational program, driving academic excellence, and supporting faculty development.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and evaluation of the curriculum to meet academic goals.
- Coordinate professional development and training for teaching staff.
- Monitor teacher performance and provide constructive feedback and mentorship.
- Manage student assessment procedures and data analysis for continuous improvement.
- Serve as a key link between the administration, teachers, students, and parents regarding academic matters.
- Organize and lead academic meetings and workshops.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new teaching personnel.
Educational Requirements
- Master's Degree in Education (M.Ed.) or a relevant field is highly preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree with extensive experience in educational leadership will be considered.
Skill & Experience
- You have at least 4 years’ experience in a teaching role, with a minimum of 2 years in an academic coordination or supervisory position.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret academic performance data.
- Excellent knowledge of modern educational trends, pedagogies, and quality standards.
- Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around academic concepts.
