We are looking for Academic Leaders to join our team.
As an Academic Leader at Kaplan International College London, you will use your knowledge of teaching and learning to ensure that our academic programme enables students to perform to the absolute best of their ability. You will enjoy working with international students, be student-focused, be open to change and development, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and be fully committed to ensuring all our students’ success.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, forward-thinking academic professional, experienced academic manager, or aspiring educational leader with an interest in innovation and the effective use of Generative AI in education, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What You’ll Bring To The Role
- Strong commitment to student-centred approaches to learning and teaching.
- Experience of managing a curriculum area/s.
- Knowledge of the needs of international students.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong resource allocation and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyse data to make informed conclusions.
- Ability to work collaboratively across a range of teams.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent and preferably a UK Master’s degree or higher.
- A teaching qualification is desirable.
What We Do
The role is based at Kaplan International College London (KIC London), a vibrant university pathways college where students from more than 80 countries come to prepare for entry onto undergraduate or postgraduate courses at one of our 10 prestigious university partners. Following a recent major refurbishment project, KIC London offers students a beautiful, state-of-the-art study environment, with a range of learning spaces which encourage both collaboration and independence. Our KIC London team is committed to ensuring our students thrive socially and academically during their studies. Our college is located next to borough market, two minutes from London Bridge station, offering fantastic views across the Thames to the City of London.
