The role serves as a key point of contact for students, faculty, and external academic partners, contributing to an outstanding student experience from enrollment through graduation. The position also oversees reception and front-office operations, providing a welcoming and professional environment for students, staff, and visitors while supporting the smooth day-to-day functioning of the London campus.

The selected candidate will carry out the following activities:

  • Manage and monitor the student enquiries mailbox, ensuring timely, accurate, and student-focused responses.
  • Coordinate and administer student status changes, including course transfers, interruptions of studies, withdrawals, progression to subsequent levels of study, and transfers in collaboration with the Admissions team.
  • Provide administrative support and guidance to students and parents throughout the student lifecycle, ensuring the smooth completion of academic and administrative processes.
  • Support international students with visa-related administrative requirements after their arrival in the UK, acting as a point of reference and coordinating with relevant institutional stakeholders where required.
  • Monitor the timely creation and completion of class registers to ensure accurate attendance tracking, compliance with institutional requirements, and the availability of reliable data for faculty management and student monitoring purposes.
  • Work closely with the Head of Education and Course Leaders to monitor student attendance, engagement, progression, and overall academic experience, identifying potential risks and implementing appropriate support or intervention measures to enhance student success and retention.
  • Process student documents and certification requests, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update the Student Portal, ensuring that academic, administrative, and student-facing information is accurate, current, and easily accessible.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of student support processes, policies, and services to enhance the overall student experience.
  • Support the coordination and communication of academic timetables, key dates, academic procedures, and operational information to students and faculty, ensuring an effective and well-organised academic environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
