Academic Registry Administrator

£25,660 - £27,069 per annum

A minimum of 37.5 hours per week
Permanent

About the Role

The role will include the administration of student assessments and other processes, and servicing meetings. You will also be involved in supporting student enrolment and graduation. You will work with detailed Excel spreadsheets, creating and maintaining them. You will complete a range of tasks including providing advice through our dedicated telephone, e-mail and face-to-face support systems. The successful candidate will also be required to respond to requests for student information from staff and external bodies in line with the Data Protection Act.

About You

  • Experience of working within a busy administrative role.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to plan, organise and complete work to deadlines and cope well under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and a desire to ensure accuracy.
  • Ability to work well in a team and work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels.
  • Previous experience of higher education.
