About The Job

Position: Academic Writers & Researchers - AI Training
Type: Contract
Compensation: $65–$75/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 20–30 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate data outputs to benchmark and improve AI models across various domains.
- Collaborate with AI labs to ensure data quality and annotation accuracy.
- Apply consistent judgment across large volumes of tasks to maintain high data standards.
- Work independently in a low-pressure environment with structured tasks and clear guidelines.
- Utilize strong research and analytical skills to support data quality control.

Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in your academic field.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's or PhD.
- Background as a teacher, professor, or researcher in history, art, or psychology.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to follow detailed rubrics and evaluation guidelines.
