Job Title: Academic Resource Planning Coordinator
Location: 13 North Common Road, Ealing, London W5 2QB
Team: Finance & Resources
Salary: £12,800 (0.4 FTE), based on a full-time equivalent salary of £32,000
Contract type: Permanent
Hours per week: 14 hours
Working pattern: To be agreed with the manager
About This Role
Metanoia Institute is seeking an organised, analytical and highly detail-oriented Academic Resource Planning Coordinator to become the custodian of our academic workload planning system.
Working closely with Heads of Programme, academic leaders and professional services colleagues, you'll ensure academic workload information is accurate, up to date and trusted across the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to establish a key planning function within the Institute, providing high-quality management information that supports strategic decision-making, financial sustainability and regulatory compliance.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex data, improving processes and building strong collaborative relationships.
You'll be responsible for
- Maintaining the Institute's academic workload planning system.
- Recording and validating workload allocations.
- Producing management information and executive reports.
- Supporting academic resource planning.
- Ensuring workload data is accurate, auditable and up to date.
- Working closely with academic managers to maintain high-quality planning information.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills.

- An interest in planning, resource management and continuous improvement.
Experience within higher education or academic planning would be advantageous but is not essential if you can demonstrate strong transferable analytical and planning skills.
