Academic Services Coordinator
Academic Services Officer (Operations + Administration + Coordination + Customer service) 📍 London
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Academic Services Officer to join our Academic Services team and support the successful planning and delivery of training programmes. In this role, you’ll work closely with Training Delivery teams and internal stakeholders to coordinate course scheduling, bookings, and programme administration while ensuring an excellent learner experience.
What you’ll be doing: Plan, schedule, and coordinate training courses Manage course bookings and programme updates within internal systems Work closely with Training Delivery teams to ensure smooth operations Monitor timelines and ensure work is completed to agreed deadlines Coordinate staff and tutor bookings and support onboarding activities Identify scheduling clashes and help resolve operational issues Maintain accurate records and support reporting processes Deliver excellent internal and external customer service

What we’re looking for: Strong administration and organisational skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail Flexible and collaborative approach to supporting business needs
