Job Title: Academic Standards and Compliance Manager (Further and Higher Education)

Location: South and East London (Cross Campus Travel Required)
Working Pattern: Full Time: 37 hours per week
Salary: Spine Points 41 to 46 with London weighting

The Opportunity

I working on behalf of a vibrant, multi-campus FE college who are seeking a methodical, forward-thinking, and driven compliance specialist for a high-impact leadership position. This role is a fantastic opportunity to take operational ownership of academic quality, standards, and regulatory compliance across a diverse portfolio of educational pathways. Reporting directly to the Director of Quality and Academic Standards, you will act as the key authority on institutional governance, helping protect the academic integrity of an organisation that believes deeply in the transformative power of learning.

About The Setting

I am partnering with a thriving, multi-campus further education college operating across seven campuses in Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, and Lambeth. Operating with the ethos of a social enterprise, this institution focuses heavily on generating social value, building community leaders, and supporting social mobility for all. They pride themselves on a People First approach, cultivating an inclusive, innovative environment where staff are actively supported with competitive salaries, benefits, and excellent training packages.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
