At the Randstad Tuition Team, we partner directly with local councils to provide vital 1:1 educational support for children who are looked after, in crisis care, or currently outside of mainstream education.

We are experiencing an influx of children who urgently need academic support across Doncaster. We are looking for inspiring Qualified Teachers or experienced Tutors (with an SEN/SEMH background) to help these young people bridge educational gaps and rebuild their confidence.

If you want to make a life-changing impact on a child's trajectory without the rigid school hours, this is the role for you.

Why Tutors Love Working With Us

  • Total Calendar Control: You are the boss of your own schedule. Want to work 1 day a week? 5 days? Mornings only? You choose the hours that fit your lifestyle.
  • Fair Pay: GBP25.00 to GBP33.00 per hour, recognising your expertise and dedication.
  • Pure 1:1 Focus: No managing a classroom of 30. You get to focus entirely on one child, adapting core subjects (Maths, English, or Science) to their unique emotional and academic needs.
  • Real Impact: You will support children with SEND or SEMH needs, providing the stability and breakthrough moments they deserve.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
