About the Setting

Specialising in 11+, GCSE, IGCSE, and A-Level tuition, they focus on STEM subjects alongside English and core academics, delivering structured, engaging teaching to UK-based and international learners.
Roles & Responsibilities
As an Academic Tutor, your key responsibilities include:
- Delivering tailored lessons across 11+ prep, GCSE, IGCSE, or A-Level for STEM & core subjects (face-to-face or online).
- Explaining complex concepts clearly, confidently, and enth 전화계산 분석usely.
- Adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs and pacing.
- Building positive, supportive relationships to foster academic confidence.
- Preparing students for exams via structured lesson planning.

Requirements
Essential
- A Bachelor’s degree in your subject specialism (e.g., Maths, Science, Computer Science).
- Minimum 1-year teaching or tutoring experience.
- Strong subject expertise and enthusiasm for academia.
- Enhanced DBS check (or a commitment to obtain prior to starting).
Online Tutors Need:
- A suitable workspace, reliable broadband, and experience using virtual teaching platforms.
- Flexibility for international time zones (e.g., UAE-based students).
In-Person Tutors Need:
- Accessibility to attend sessions at the Slough tuition centre (Bath Road area).
