The Academy Kit Assistant supports the smooth day-to-day running of the Academy by preparing, maintaining, and distributing training and match kit for players and staff.

This role is 20hrs per week. The following is a non-exhaustive list of the responsibilities of the role:

  • Prepare and distribute training and match kit.
  • Ensure all kit and equipment is clean, organised, and ready for use.
  • Assist with stock control, kit issuing, and inventory management.
  • Support academy training sessions, fixtures, and tournaments as required.
  • Maintain high standards within the kit room and storage areas.
  • Work closely with academy staff to meet operational needs.
