Accountabilities
As a Content Specialist within the accelerator program, you will support communication initiatives by creating high-quality content, conducting research, and collaborating with internal teams. You will help transform ideas, stories, and insights into compelling materials that support broader communication goals.
- Draft engaging and informative content aligned with organizational values, mission, and communication objectives.
- Identify and develop inspiring stories from users, employees, and internal initiatives.
- Conduct research to support accurate, insightful, and evidence-based communications.
- Assist with content operations by maintaining documentation, organizing resources, and ensuring information accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and deliver consistent communication materials.
- Support content planning and execution across different initiatives and projects.

Requirements
The ideal candidate is a motivated early-career professional or student with strong writing abilities and an interest in emerging technologies. You should be adaptable, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
- Current university student or recent graduate.
- Bachelor’s degree or final-year studies in English, finance, humanities, social sciences, communications, or a related field.
- Strong passion for writing, storytelling, and communicating ideas effectively.
- Interest in technology, fintech, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and digital assets.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to identify reliable information and communicate insights clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate content.
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Self-driven mindset with the ability to collaborate across different teams and functions.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
