Fall Protection Engineer / Access & Safety Operative
Location: Field-Based - Nationwide Salary: Competitive, based on experience + Company Van Flexibility: This role may involve night work, weekends, and overnight stays when required.

Access and Safety encompasses all types of equipment that allows operatives to safely access high-level areas on a variety of buildings to carry out specialist services—from the testing and certification of roof anchor points to the servicing and maintenance of the world’s largest BMUs.

What the Role Involves
- Deliver servicing, maintenance, and repairs to height safety equipment, including:
- Fall Arrest and Life Safety Lines
- Eyebolts (fall restraint and abseil)
- Gantries and walkways
- Guardrails
- Ladders (fixed and portable)
- General lifting equipment
- Ensure health and safety regulations and guidelines are followed at all times, complying with British Standards.
- Highlight any further works required following service or reactive works.
- Support other divisions when required.
- Ensure all systems meet strict compliance standards and are safe to use.
- Travel across the UK with flexibility for occasional overnight stays.

Requirements
You’ll need:
- Previous experience working at height or in a safety-related role
- Confidence with tools and working on-site
- A full UK driving licence
