Be-IT is looking for a passionate accessibility expert to drive best practice, influence development teams and champion accessibility across a large financial services company. You will also be leading on audits and overall accessibility strategy.

What you’ll do
- Lead the development of accessibility standards, frameworks and guidance
- Deliver engaging training and raise awareness across teams
- Act as the go-to expert, advising on best practice
- Conduct audits, testing and quality assurance on digital products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed accessibility into every stage of delivery
What you bring

- Strong experience in accessibility consulting or a similar role
- Deep knowledge of WCAG, assistive tech and testing tools
- Confident communicator, able to influence both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to deliver training and create clear, practical documentation
- A problem-solver with a user-first mindset and a passion for inclusive design
