IS&T Accessibility Center of Excellence (CoE)
The IS&T Accessibility Center of Excellence (CoE) are looking for an experienced Program Manager to fill a critical role within our Program Management Office.
The successful candidate will collaborate with a global, cross-functional team to manage all aspects of project information, including timelines, budgets, and project risks.
DESCRIPTION
As a Program Manager within IS&T, you will oversee all projects within your designated focus area, working closely with the entire Center of Excellence team and its leadership. A key responsibility will be to act as a liaison between business teams, Information Technology project teams, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with partners across the company, driving excellent results while nurturing these connections. A passion for and understanding of accessibility is a plus.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated success in simultaneously managing numerous projects within a global corporate structure.
- Highly self-motivated and adaptable, comfortable navigating ambiguity and working autonomously in dynamic environments.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, skilled in developing clear process documentation and impactful presentations.
- Track record of successfully influencing and building partnerships across all levels of an organisation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Committed to continuous improvement, with experience in designing, refining, and implementing new processes.
- Adept at fostering seamless collaboration and coordination among diverse teams operating in different time zones.
- Knowledge of Accessibility and Finance is desired.
