Summary

IS&T EMEIA brings together all IS&T functions across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa — including Business Intelligence, Corporate and Customer Systems, Employee Experience and Productivity, Infrastructure Services, and Retail. The team partners with global leadership to deliver key programs at a regional level, navigating the unique complexity and scale of one of Apple's most diverse operating regions. IS&T EMEIA also leads Apple's IS&T Accessibility Center of Excellence, helping teams across Apple ensure that websites, internal systems, and services work for everyone.

The IS&T Accessibility Center of Excellence (CoE) is looking for an enthusiastic and driven early career professional to join our Program Management Office. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your project management skills within a global, mission-driven team dedicated to making technology accessible to everyone.

Description

As an early career Project Manager within IS&T, you will work closely with other Engagement Managers, Program Managers and the broader Center of Excellence team to support the delivery of impactful accessibility projects.

You will gain hands-on experience acting as a connector between business teams, technology project teams and key stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is curious, organised, and eager to learn, someone who brings energy, a growth mindset, and a genuine interest in accessibility and inclusive technology.

Responsibilities

  • Tracking and reporting of multiple concurrent projects, including timelines, and risk logs.
  • Maintain project documentation, status updates, and process guides.
  • Build collaborative working relationships with partners across business and technology teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and ways of working.
  • Learn and apply accessibility concepts and standards as part of your ongoing development in the role.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Some demonstrated experience managing or coordinating projects, whether through light professional work experience, internships, placements, academic programmes, or volunteer work.
  • Clear and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing, with an ability to summarise information for different audiences.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working with people across different teams and functions.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable asking questions and working with some degree of autonomy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to or a genuine curiosity about accessibility, disability inclusion, or assistive technology.
  • Experience working across time zones or with global or distributed teams is a plus.
