- Experience: 3+ years industry experience working in accessibility testing roles.
- Demonstrated success working within development teams to test web applications for accessibility across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Experience conducting accessibility testing of native and hybrid mobile applications (ideally).
- Experience testing again WCAG 2.2 Level AA using automated and manual testing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with assistive technologies (e.g., NVDA, TalkBack, VoiceOver, ZoomText, Dragon, JAWS).
- Proficient in using accessibility testing tools (e.g., axe Devtools, CCA, Siteimprove browser extension, Accessibility Insight for Web).
- Strong understanding of ARIA, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.
- Collaborated with UX/UI designers to embed accessibility.
