Accident Parts Executive – JCT600 TPS (Trades Parts Specialist) - Sheffield South

Salary: Competitive

Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire

We supply genuine parts for Volkswagen Group brands, ensuring that customers receive high-quality, reliable components for their vehicles. The role of Parts Sales Executive is integral to our commitment to providing excellent customer service and parts expertise.

The Parts Sales Executive will be responsible for selling genuine parts for the Volkswagen Group at the JCT600 TPS (Trades Parts Specialist) in Chesterfield / Barnsley. The role requires a proactive approach to customer service, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to generate new sales opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships. The Parts Sales Executive will play a vital role in ensuring the continued success of our parts sales operation.

Your Day To Day Will Include

  • Provide advice and recommendations to trade and retail customers on genuine Volkswagen Group parts
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries over the phone, and via email
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximise repeat sales opportunities
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue sales leads
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate, timely, and professional service

Essential

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in sales or retail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer orders simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in using computer systems
  • A full, clean UK driving licence is preferable

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Volkswagen Group parts and vehicles
  • Experience working within a dealership or parts supply environment
