Accommodation Supervisor
Join us as our new Accommodation Supervisor, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the Accommodation Manager and Assistant Accommodation Manager to ensure our holiday homes consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. In this hands-on role, you’ll actively check quality, guide your team through their daily tasks, and help maintain an efficient, well-organised operation that delivers an exceptional experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities

Ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptionally clean, safe, and well-maintained holiday homes for our guests.

Conducting regular inspections and checks of holiday homes to ensure cleanliness standards are being met, taking action to fix any non-compliance issues immediately.

Cleaning holiday homes, lodges, and glamping pods (where applicable) to the highest brand standards.

Ensuring your team has the right tools and stock to perform their job efficiently and effectively.

Prioritising guest satisfaction by building positive relationships and resolving guest queries with minimal disruption.

Creating a culture of high standards within your team, responding positively to guest feedback.

Assisting with onboarding and training of new team members, providing ongoing development through on-the-job coaching.

Providing performance-based feedback and support to your team.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, COSHH protocols, and all company policies and procedures.

Monitoring stock levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, reporting shortages to the Accommodation Manager or Assistant Accommodation Manager.
Requirements
- Experience supervising a team.
- Ability to perform inspections and hands-on cleaning, including physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing, and other strenuous activities.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- The flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays when needed.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills to perform tasks efficiently under pressure.
- A leadership style that effectively motivates diverse teams.
- Willingness to accelerate development opportunities across 65 parks and thrive in a dynamic environment.
