About The Role

YMCA Trinity Group is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Accommodation Caseworker to join our team. This new, exciting role is part of a new era of work with young people. You will play a key role in supporting young people to develop independence, providing high-quality, person-centred support within a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of residents, ensuring accurate records, support plans, and professional administration Complete risk assessments and identify safeguarding concerns, taking appropriate action where required Provide tailored, person-centred support to help residents develop independence and access relevant services Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to meet residents’ needs Maintain compliance with organisational standards, including Ofsted requirements, and contribute to case reflections, audits, and meetings

What We’re Looking For

Has experience working with young people or in a supported housing environment Has strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessment, and support planning Understands housing, benefits, and support services (e.g. DWP) Has excellent communication and organisational skills Is committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion Can work flexibly as part of a 7-day rota, including evenings and weekends Committed to achieving at least a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject

Days and hours - 40 hours per week - 8 week rota pattern including evenings and weekends.

What We Offer

Annual salary £28246.40 - £29369.60 - dependent on qualification (at least Level 3)
