Join us as our new Cleaner, where you’ll play a vital role in creating an exceptional first impression for every guest. Your work is hands-on and practical, ensuring our holiday homes are cleaned to the highest standards so guests can enjoy a space that is safe, spotless, and beautifully presented. Your attention to detail will help make every stay feel special.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning holiday homes to our high-quality brand standards
- Managing your own workload to deliver the required number of cleans in the allocated time
- Ensuring safe and compliant use of company-supplied chemicals and cleaning materials, following COSHH guidelines
- Prioritising guest satisfaction by resolving queries professionally with minimal disruption
- Proactively using feedback to enhance cleanliness and efficiency
- Reporting all faults, repairs, or maintenance issues promptly to the Accommodation Supervisor

About You
You’ll need:
- The ability to access accommodation and perform hands-on cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Flexibility to work across weekends, evenings, and bank holidays as required
- The capacity to work at a fast pace, efficiently coordinating complex work plans
- A positive and friendly attitude to build strong guest relationships
