About the Role
This is an Accommodation Co-Ordinator role based in our Supported accommodation service, In2Change, Newport. We have a team of Scheme Support officers, and Project Workers providing 24/7 Support to our diverse group of customers.
You will play a key part in providing a warm, friendly, and welcoming ‘front of house’ service whilst assisting the manager with the day to day running of the service.
Day to Day Duties:
- Being the first point of contact for our clients and visitors being based in the reception area of the scheme
- Coordinating and managing ongoing maintenance
- Managing the referrals
- Raising orders for procuring items
- Creating reports as requested by your manager
- Telephone and reception duties
- Planning and organizing meetings and events
- Establishing and maintaining client records including filing and archiving to ensure the smooth running of the service

Skills and Experience Needed
- A passion to work with and enable people to live as independent a life as possible
- Coordination, planning and organizing - Maintenance, meetings, events
- Good communication via telephone and reception duties
- A strong initiative and ability to work alone as well as being a great team player
- Ability to deal with conflicting and difficult situations
