HYROX Accommodation Manager Europe

HYROX is a global sports event series that combines running and functional fitness training in a unique race format. Founded in Germany in 2017, HYROX has evolved into a worldwide fitness movement with events across five continents, attracting tens of thousands of athletes every season.

We are looking for an Accommodation Manager Europe to join our team! This full-time role is responsible for executing and optimizing HYROX’s accommodation strategy across Europe, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and commercially successful accommodation solutions for athletes, staff, contractors, and key stakeholders.

Your role will be central to enhancing the overall HYROX event experience by securing strategic hotel partnerships, managing accommodation programs, and optimizing travel and lodging operations across our growing European event portfolio. Working closely with the Head of Department and the Event Production, Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams, you will help deliver seamless accommodation experiences that support participant growth, strengthen partner relationships, and drive additional revenue opportunities for HYROX.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Execution & Partnership Management: Execute the overarching European accommodation strategy across all events by securing, negotiating, and managing hotel contracts, room blocks, and strategic hospitality partnerships with hotel groups, tourism boards, and SOPs.
  • Athlete Accommodation Program & Commercial Growth: Implement and manage the European Athlete Accommodation Program to enhance the participant journey, monitoring room pickup and reporting metrics to maximize commercial value, athlete satisfaction, and incremental revenue.
  • Stakeholder Logistics & Travel Operations: Coordinate end-to-end travel and lodging arrangements (hotels, flights, ground transportation) for event leadership, staff, contractors, and key stakeholders across our growing European event portfolio.
  • Budgeting & Operational Governance: Manage assigned accommodation budgets with strict financial accountability while maintaining, operationalizing, and continuously improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for travel and lodging management.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment & Regional Expansion: Collaborate closely with Event Production, Commercial, Operations, and Marketing teams to identify scalable accommodation solutions that support market growth and broader business targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
