YMCA Trinity Group is looking for an experienced and passionate Accommodation Senior Project Worker to help lead our supported housing services across Peterborough.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in housing, homelessness, supported accommodation, or social care who is ready to take the next step in their career.

About The Role

As a senior member of the team, you will provide leadership, guidance and practical support to staff while helping to ensure our services remain safe, compliant and focused on achieving positive outcomes for residents.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and inspire a team of support staff, providing supervision, coaching, training and day-to-day operational guidance across multiple accommodation sites.
  • Deliver high-quality housing and support services that empower residents to develop independence and achieve positive move-on outcomes.
  • Manage accommodation operations, including tenancy management, allocations, voids, property standards, health and safety compliance, and resident wellbeing.

  • Knowledgeable in safeguarding, risk management and housing-related support, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Highly organised and solution-focused, capable of balancing competing priorities while maintaining excellent standards.
  • Passionate about making a difference, with a commitment to inclusion, resident empowerment and delivering person-centred services.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
