We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accommodation Supervisor to join our team and help maintain the highest standards across our accommodation operations.
The Role
As Accommodation Supervisor, you will support the Accommodation Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping and accommodation departments. You will lead by example, ensuring all guest lodges are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the accommodation team on a day-to-day basis.
- Conduct inspections of guest lodges and public areas to ensure luxury standards are consistently met.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members.
- Ensure all cleaning procedures, health and safety standards, and company policies are followed.
- Manage linen, amenities, and housekeeping inventory.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of staff.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and feedback.
- Support the Accommodation Manager with operational planning and reporting.
About You
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Computer literate, with a good understanding of Microsoft systems.
- Ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Organised, reliable, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
