We’re looking for committed Accommodation Support Officers to join our team and provide vital support to participants with their housing needs.

Our Accommodation Support Officers manage a caseload of adult males either residing in custody or living in the community. In partnership with probation practitioners, you will:

  • Carry out initial assessments to understand each person’s unique circumstances.

  • Help them understand their rights throughout the process.

About the Role

We welcome applicants from various backgrounds, including:

  • Recent graduates seeking experience within the criminal justice sector

Experience is not mandatory—our focus is on your transferable skills and your person-centred approach. On-site training and ongoing support will be provided to help you develop in your role.

Excellent interpersonal skills are essential. In this position, you will:

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with participants and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a supportive role model to inspire positive behaviour change.
  • Help individuals achieve greater stability and independence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
