Accommodation Team Member
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and organised Accommodation Team Member to join our luxury resort team. This varied and active role is vital in ensuring our accommodation is prepared to the highest standards and that guests receive an exceptional experience throughout their stay.
Requirements
- Full, valid driving licence.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and capable of a hands-on role involving lifting and moving laundry, linen, and supplies.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and busy check-in days.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high standards.
- Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, accommodation, or a similar role.
- Experience with cleaning and housekeeping duties.

Responsibilities
- Delivering and distributing laundry and linen across the resort.
- Preparing guest welcome bags and arrival packs for check-in days.
- Putting linen away and organising it in storage areas after delivery.
- Supporting the accommodation team to ensure lodges are fully prepared for guest arrivals.
- Delivering, placing, and replenishing accommodation inventory and guest supplies within the lodges.
- Maintaining high standards of organisation and presentation throughout the resort.
- Assisting with accommodation cleaning when required.
