To be based at our Wellingborough Depot.
Making Possible
As an Accommodation & Welfare Installation Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of high-quality installations. You’ll oversee operations on-site, from planning and lifting to completion, ensuring everything meets BAM’s exacting standards.
- Overseeing the end-to-end installation and removal of modular and cabin units.
- Acting as Crane Supervisor, coordinating lifting operations and ensuring safe positioning.
- Performing slinger/signaller duties, directing crane movements and guaranteeing safe load handling.
- Leading and motivating installation teams to deliver projects to BAM’s high standards.
- Ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance at all times.
- Conducting site visits to plan future installations.
- Building strong relationships with clients and contractors, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Complete any maintenance and breakdown call outs.
- Maintaining accurate documentation including risk assessments, method statements, and daily reports.

We’re looking for a hands-on Installation Supervisor to ensure delivery of modular and cabin units across our sites. What do you bring to the role?
- Valid Slinger/Signaller certification (CPCS or equivalent).
- Crane Supervisor qualification (CPCS or equivalent).
- Proven experience in installation of modular and cabin units (Containex product knowledge advantageous).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse site teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Thorough knowledge of health & safety regulations and safe lifting practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation plans.
