Salary: ÂŁ33,250 + up to 20% bonus
Location: London & 90% Field Based (with occasional travel outside London)

About The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Commercial, as the Account & Activation Manager for North London, you'll play a key role in building and fostering deep and meaningful relationships with our trade customers across our Direct and Heineken network. You will look after taps across our direct business as well as support our customers through Heineken where necessary. Bringing our brand to life in venues is the most important way to win hearts and minds of both customers and consumers. You will be laser-focused on ensuring that we show up in the best Brixton way at every account – through visibility, engagement and activation.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support the New Business Manager and Key Account Manager in executing activations across our wide and varied customer base in and outside of London.
- Drive new taps through the Brixton direct IFT channel.
- Seed new products development, including special releases, into the market through our existing business and bring them to life in venue.
- To work closely with the wider Brixton Team to ensure best-in-class customer service is delivered consistently.
- Work closely with our Events Manager and Marketing department to ensure our activations are best-in-class.
- To work within sales and marketing budgets to bring our brand to life within venues.

Who we’re looking for
It goes without saying that you are a self-starter, reliable, confident and trustworthy. This role isn’t your typical 9-to-5 role. It involves building and developing relationships with the on-trade, who operate outside of standard office hours. We need to be in their time zone. You will know how to throw a party (as well as knowing how to enjoy one!) and be passionate about great beer and Brixton (both the brewery and place!).
If you have:
- Strong organisational skills.
- An exceptional attention to detail.
- A great understanding of the On-Trade.
- The ability to go become the life and soul of a party.
- A passion for beer and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Desired: 1 years account management experience in the drinks industry.
