Description
Advanced Supply Chain Group offers a complete end-to-end supply chain service, from source to shelf, covering all aspects of supply chain management, global logistics, fulfilment, and value-added services, allowing our customers to maximise the opportunities that exist in today’s technology-enabled marketplace. Using our unique intelligent supply chain model, we design innovative solutions to complex challenges, unlock new opportunities, and speed up and streamline existing processes by removing complexity from the supply chain. It all adds up to providing a service that is “Better, Faster, Cheaper” than our competitors.
Our core values drive everything we do. We believe in promoting a supportive environment for our colleagues, delivering exceptional service to our customers, contributing to the community, and working towards a more sustainable environment. If you share these values and are passionate about making a positive impact, we'd love to have you on our team.
About The Role
You’ll be the friendly, reliable face our customers come to know and trust, the person who keeps things moving behind the scenes, and the link that holds our internal teams and customers together.
The main purpose of this role is to provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship. Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner. Coordinate, analyse and improve customer service functions to meet company goals.
No two days look quite the same. One moment you’re on a call sorting a query, the next you’re booking in deliveries, checking stock or pulling together the numbers that show how an account is really performing. You’ll get to know your customers inside out, attend their visits and meetings (on-site, off-site and over the phone), and make sure everyone internally has the clear, concise instructions they need to deliver brilliantly. If you love variety, people and getting things right, you’ll feel right at home.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
